58 mm is one check.
Compare bolt circle, thread / depth, angular datum, exit direction, plate slots, installed height and contact clearance. An M4 request is not the same thread as #6-32.
EXISTING UNIT / ENGINEERING CROSS-REFERENCE
Start with the exact original part number. Match force range, plate stack, thread, connector and calibrated output before releasing a PFS alternative.

| Original model / parts | Original force rating | Original geometry | Original signal / connector | PFS engineering review |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FUTEK LAU220 ↗ FSH04395 / FSH04396 | 300 / 500 lbf (about 1,334 / 2,224 N) | Ø65.5 × 16.5 mm; 58.0 mm B.C.D.; 4 × #6-32-2B | WC1 shielded bridge; exact sensitivity / resistance from the selected part datasheet | PFS-220: compare capacity, plate stack, thread version and readout scaling separately. |
| FUTEK LAU200 ↗ FSH04404 / FSH04405; QSH02194 separate SI variant | 100 / 300 lbf; QSH02194 is a distinct 1,500 N item | Ø50.3 mm; drawing body height about 9.8 mm; 41.4 mm B.C.D. | CC4 LEMO 4-pin in the manufacturer drawing; verify receptacle view and cable revision | PFS-200: revised 10–12 mm request target is not proof of LAU200 height interchangeability. |
| Interface BPL ↗ BPL-50-C / 100-C / 200-C / 300-C / 500-C | 50 / 100 / 200 / 300 / 500 lbf standard capacities | 2.57 × 2.58 × 0.88 in stated on the original product page | Original A:+Exc; B:+Sig; C:−Sig; D:−Exc; E/F:NC. Connector orientation still required. | PFS-220: compare plate, capacity and cable termination. Original nominal SI labels are not exact unit conversions. |
| Michigan Scientific BPFT ↗ BPFT; BPFT2 / BPFT3 require their own drawings | 500 lb on the original BPFT page | Pedal-specific clamp / pad; exact geometry follows the selected manufacturer drawing | Strain-gauge bridge; do not assume one impedance or output applies to all BPFT variants | Supply the full BPFT variant, clamp size and calibration record with a PFS replacement request. |
| Racelogic VBOX RLACS282 ↗ RLACS282; RLACS292 event-marker interface is separate | 150 kgf (about 1,471 N) | Ø75 × 24.5 mm body; 27.5 mm with mounting bracket in the cited datasheet | Conditioned 0–5V; 8.5–28V supply in the cited datasheet | Review the complete conditioned signal chain and event-marker interface, not only the bare bridge. |
Sources can change; confirm the current drawing revision. Standard lbf capacities and rounded catalog SI labels are not interchangeable nominal ratings. PFS is independent of all named manufacturers.
Compare bolt circle, thread / depth, angular datum, exit direction, plate slots, installed height and contact clearance. An M4 request is not the same thread as #6-32.
Confirm resistance, excitation current / voltage, sensitivity, shunt calibration, shield termination and pin view. Do not assign one 350 Ω or 700 Ω value to every manufacturer variant.
Original LAU drawings list supplied mounting / case items. Check the dated quotation before treating every accessory as an extra charge. Compare sensor, cable, mount, readout and calibration on the same basis.
COMPARABLE QUOTATIONS / BUYER INPUT
Enter two dated quotations in one currency. Include zero explicitly where an item is included. The result is purchasing arithmetic, not a published PFS price or a product-performance comparison.
Keep tax, freight, quantity, delivery and currency basis consistent. Negative difference means the entered PFS quote is higher.

ENGINEERING / REQUEST
Send your force range, pedal dimensions and acquisition requirements. Request a mounting drawing, CAD review and a complete sensor / readout quotation.
Include the exact part number, drawing revision, connector pinout and calibration requirements. Compatibility is reviewed per configuration.
Include your purchasing entity, PO requirements, destination and required invoice / calibration documents. Payment options, trade terms, freight and delivery are confirmed in the written quotation.
